Employers covered by the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act and rule 3A

Use current rates

Prepare the establishment and employer details, eligible workers on 31 December, current contribution shares, total and payment evidence. Rule 3A(1) requires the employer statement on or before 15 January for the preceding year. Form E is the Welfare Commissioner statement, not this employer form.
