- Delhi LWF: contribution before 15 January and 15 July
Remit employer and employee shares before 15 January and 15 July. The notification says before those dates; complete payment beforehand. Form A has a separate statement deadline. Applies to employers and employees covered by the Delhi Labour Welfare Fund notification.

Transfer applicable fines and unpaid accumulations with a statement by 15 April, July, October and January after the quarter. This is not the ordinary employee welfare contribution. Applies to covered Delhi employers holding applicable fines or unpaid accumulations.
- EPF monthly ECR and contribution due-date reference
Monthly EPF ECR and contribution due-date reference, with the September 2026 wage-month extension linked separately. A month-specific extension does not extend other periods.

File monthly contribution details and pay within 15 days after the wage month ends. Check current ESIC directions and any specific extension; the EPF September 2026 extension does not extend ESI. Applies to eSI-covered employers and insurable employees.
- Karnataka LWF: contribution and statement by 15 January
Remit both contribution shares and the prescribed statement by 15 January for the preceding year. Use current contribution amounts; older figures in the compilation are not current rates. Applies to employers and employees covered by the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act.
- OSHWC annual return for 2026: 28 February 2027

- OSHWC contractor half-yearly return: within 30 days
Send Form XVIII electronically to the concerned Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) not later than 30 days after January–June or July–December closes. The resulting ordinary dates are 30 July and 30 January respectively. Check applicable extensions separately.
- Social Security annual return for 2026: 28 February 2027
Upload the unified annual return in Form XXIII for the preceding year on the designated Central Government portal. This is a dated 2026 reporting-year reference, not a universal annual-return obligation for every employer or every future year.

- Telangana Profession Tax: monthly return and payment
Submit the employer return with proof of full tax payment by the 10th of the following month. This is not the separate annual payment rule for enrolled persons. Applies to registered Telangana employers liable to deduct Profession Tax.
PRACTICAL RESEARCH GUIDE
Use the compliance calendar as a source-linked work list
Choose a month and the correct jurisdiction
Filter the calendar by state and include Central references only when they are relevant. Each event has its own statutory scope: a due date shown on screen does not determine whether an establishment owes that return or payment. Keep an applicability decision for each item assigned to your internal calendar.
Read the period and obligation
A payment deadline, a return deadline and a statement deadline can be separate even when they concern the same fund. The period may be the previous wage month, calendar year or half year. Read the event detail before assigning a task, and keep the source notification with the owner, calculation and acknowledgement. A recurring calendar entry should not conceal a one-time extension.
Apply an extension only to its actual scope
The September 2026 EPF ECR and contribution extension is shown on 31 October 2026 instead of the ordinary EPF date in that month. It does not extend ESI or every other October filing. The ordinary EPF recurrence resumes in the following month unless another applicable source changes it. Compare the extension’s period, establishment scope and named obligation before altering a due date.
Export deliberately and maintain your copy
The calendar download contains all-day events for the selected month and filters, with source and applicability information. It is an .ics file, not a live subscription feed: importing it does not automatically update a previously imported event after a later legal change. The Library does not move dates for weekends or public holidays without a specific authority. Keep payment and filing evidence in your own compliance workflow.
Common questions
Is the .ics download a live calendar subscription?
No. It is a download for the selected month. Review later changes before relying on an earlier imported copy.
Do all dates move to the next working day on a holiday?
No automatic adjustment is made. Read the governing provision or a specific official extension.
Why can two entries concern the same contribution?
A remittance and its statement can have different legal deadlines. The Library keeps separately sourced obligations separate.
