How to use the e-Library
Start with the jurisdiction, period and official source.
The Sankhla e-Library brings together published statutory records for employer research and compliance planning. Use the module filters to move between Minimum Wages, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, notifications, holiday records, leave and working-hours references, and Acts or Rules. Each record should be read with its jurisdiction, effective period, applicability and source document in view.
A current record is not automatically applicable to every establishment or employee. Before implementation, identify the state or Central sphere, establishment type, scheduled employment, worker category and the operative date. Historical records remain useful for reconciliation and audit work, but they should not be used for a current payroll period merely because they appear in search results.
For focused research, open the dedicated Minimum Wages, Professional Tax or Labour Welfare Fund libraries. For recurring filing and payment planning, use the Compliance Calendar. Employer-specific interpretation, payroll configuration and closure responsibility should be confirmed separately for the actual entity, workplace and period.
